Our consultant will conduct a pre-move survey at your home to assess your moving requirements. Information gathered during the survey will be the basis for the quote request. This will then be forwarded to our moving partners who will in turn submit a quote to us.
Upon receiving quotes from different movers, we will consolidate the original quotes into a comparison summary for you.
After choosing your mover, Cross Roads will initiate a handover meeting between yourselves, Cross Roads and the mover of your choice. During this meeting, all matters regarding your move will be finalized. However, Cross Roads involvement does not stop there. Our consultant continues to overlook your move, ensuring your requirements are met at every stage.
