Welcome back to the 5th Annual Cross Roads Giant Garage Sale

The 5th Annual Cross Roads Giant Garage Sale takes place at the Cairnhill Community Club in 1 Anthony Road, which is  located just opposite the well-known Newton Circus Hawker Center.

Our Garage Sale is unique because each day you will find new vendors, each selling their unique second-hand and new items. The Cross Roads Giant Garage Sale features 84 vendors each day, that makes 168 vendors over two days.

One unit costs SGD 40.00 (under tent) and SGD 50.00 (hall) per day.

One unit is:

One unit consists of two tables each measuring: 3 ft * 3 ft (91 cm * 91 cm) and 2 chairs.

Please bring your own table cloth!

  1. Choose a table number(s)
  2. Note: The table numbers with a line diagonally through the square are taken!
  3. Decide on which day you want to sell (Sat or Sun or both)
  4. If you stay on Sat and Sun you will stay at the same table!
  5. Send cheque payable to "Cardinal Management Pte Ltd" to 6 Robin Lane, Singapore 258235.
  6. Write your table number(s), your chosen date (26 or 27 Jan or both), your name, your email address, your hand phone number on the back of the cheque.
  7. If there are two requests for the same table, the postage date on your envelope becomes the deciding factor.
  8. You will receive a confirmation of your payment and table number on the day we receive your payment.
  9. There is no refund of payments, unless the event is cancelled.
  10. Tables 1 - 48 are in the hall.
  11. Tables 49 - 84 are in the tent.
  12. Hall and tent, both are equipped with fans. Neither is air-conditioned.
