Q: Do I have to pay extra for Cross Roads services?
A: Cross Roads does not charge any
premiums or fees
to the individuals who benefit from our services.
Q: Will I be able to choose a mover with whom I am already familiar with?
A: Yes, Cross Roads acts as a Facilitator Service offering advise on
service and price levels. The ultimate choice, however, is up to you.
Q: My company’s policy demands that I inquire with certain
companies only – does it still make sense to go through Cross Roads?
A: Absolutely – in this case we will ask for quotes from those
companies only. After we receive back their quotes you will be able to compare their
offers in the usual convenient Cross Roads way.
Q: How do you categorise the movers who work with you?
A: Our management is comprised of experienced staff with years
of experience in Singapore and overseas. We
carried out direct checks and interviews into the capabilities of our partners. This
was done objectively as we are interested in working with partners of different
service levels. This way we can help customers with different service- and budget
expectations.
